The importance of data

Any marketer knows that data is wealth for Companies, and we know that too. As a customer you get all kind of promotion and discount if you only accept to share your email address or telephone number with your favourite shop. Discount cards and coupons have the only reason to exist if they populate a database of habits, personal informations, preferences and life figures. We work on the data to build the rules that create a custom made avertisement or editorial product to be delivered with quick turnaround and maximum effectiveness. We look forward to high conversion rates if you’re delivering advertisements or in reader’s attention if you’re an editor of a magazine.

What do we mean by Variable Data Printing

We mean to create a layout into Adobe Indesign 5.5 with all the texts, images and graphic styles you may want into a traditional design workflow. Then we start adding a database from any data source like a text file, a CSV file, an Excel worksheet or even a structured query in any SQL language. At this point we create the rules to make every single element a variable one, depending on the information in the database. The more rules we apply the more the product will capture the Audience attention. Printed material is much more like browsing a web page loaded dynamically from
